Shipping Policy
Our wines are available for delivery across Australia only. Freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price as indicated during the checkout process. Delivery will be via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours. Purchases are at the customers risk once dispatch by us and we do not accept any liability for the delivery by the service provider. Please allow 5-10 Days for delivery of purchased goods.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the rare occurrence that you are not satisfied with your wine purchase, we are more than happy to discuss this further with you. You must let us know within 14 days of purchase. Defective stock will be assessed and may be approved for a refund or exchange only if returned in original packaging. Any freight costs are to be met by the purchaser. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration of product passes to the purchaser upon delivery and no refund or exchange will be offered for damage after delivery.
